FluffyList ("the App") is a shared grocery and to-do list app. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and who can see it. FluffyList is built and operated by an independent developer, not a large company — if anything here is unclear, just email us (contact info at the bottom).
Account information. FluffyList uses Google Sign-In as its only way to create an account. When you sign in, we receive and store your email address and the display name from your Google account.
Content you create. Lists and items you create — titles, item names, quantities, units, categories, and notes — are stored so the App can show them to you (and to anyone you've shared a list with).
Sharing and activity information. FluffyList is a shared-list app. If you share a list with someone, or someone shares a list with you, the members of that list can see each other's email address and display name, and can see an activity history of who added, edited, checked off, or removed items and when. This visibility is limited to people you've explicitly added to a shared list — it is never public.
Feedback you send us. If you use the in-app feedback form, we collect the message you write, your name and email, and basic technical details (app version, platform, OS version) so we can read and respond to it. This is entirely optional.
Crash and diagnostic data. The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports if the App crashes — this can include device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace of what the app was doing. This helps us find and fix bugs. It does not include your list or item content.
FluffyList does not show ads, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not access your location, camera, photos, contacts, or microphone. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers described below, who process it only to help us run the App.
FluffyList is built on Google Firebase, which provides authentication, database storage (Cloud Firestore), and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Your account and list data is stored on Google's cloud infrastructure and handled under Google's Privacy Policy. Signing in uses Google Sign-In, also governed by Google's privacy policy.
Most of your information can be viewed, edited, or corrected directly within the App — for example, editing your display name on the Profile screen, or editing and deleting your own lists and items. Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual items or lists at any time from within the App. You can also permanently delete your account from the Profile screen — this removes your account information and any lists you own. If you leave a list that someone else owns, your access to it is removed but the list itself (and its other members) remain unaffected. For anything you can't do within the App, contact us at the email below.
FluffyList is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information — for example, our database security rules ensure only the members of a list can read or write its data. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
